Q: How do I reserve one of your properties?
A: Our reservation process is easy:
1. Select your investment property from our website.
2. Download our Reservation Form.
3. Complete our Reservation Form and submit to: @gmail.com or
send by fax to (313) .
Q: What happens after I submit my Reservation Form?
A: Upon acceptance, you will be receive a signed Reservation Form and you will be provided
with the wire instruction to submit your Reservation Deposit to our local title company.
Q: How much is the Reservation Deposit?
A: The reservation deposit is $1500.00 USD
Q: How soon do I need to send my deposit?
A: Upon acceptance, you will have 3 business days to submit your Reservation Deposit to our
local title company or your reservation will be subject to cancellation.
Q: When do I receive my purchase agreement?
A: Upon confirmation of your deposit, your purchase agreement will be prepared and sent to
you within 24 hours. You will have 72 hours to review and return your purchase agreement,
or your reservation will be subject to cancellation.
Q: How soon can we close on my investment property?
A: Target closing dates are typically set for 60 days from the date of signed purchase
agreement.
Q: Do your properties come completely rehabbed?
A: Yes. We completely renovate our properties including new paint throughout, new flooring
throughout, new kitchen, updated baths, new plumbing and electrical (as needed), new
furnace, new hot water tanks and several additional cosmetic upgrades.
Q: Do your properties come with tenants?
A: No. However your investment property will be 100% renovated and rent ready for a new
qualified tenant.
