WATCH PHASE 1
This is Phase 1 of our construction process.
In this video, you will see the steps that we take when we initially acquire your property and begin construction.
Phase 1 consists of the inital demolition and prepping process that we perform on your property after acquisition.
WATCH PHASE 2
This is Phase 2 of our construction process.
In this video, you will see your property at the mid-point of construction.
Phase 2 consists of installing new drywall, mudding, painting and more..
You will notice the fantastic progress made to your property thus far!
WATCH PHASE 3
This is Phase 3 of our construction process.
In this video, you will see the final walk through video inspection that we perform when we are finishing up the construction of your properties.
Phase 3 is when your property is rehabbed and ready for marketing to tenants and final inspections.
